Common Roots Rising reminds us of our natural goodness and what we all hold in common, asks us to see the common ground we stand upon, gives us the sense of connection and growth through common roots, invites us to remember that we’re all connected.
The year 2020 was a year like none before, for all the reasons we’re all very familiar with.
These times have been a huge invitation to take pause, reflect, and consider … are we consciously creating our best world?
There is a world of good that will come from all of this! If we choose it … and CREATE it!
When we remember our power, our True Power, not the over-inflated idea that consumerism and capitalism as power … but the power of our humanity, the power of what we stand for, and who we want to be … the power of our inner Light and the power of Love in our hearts that is as natural as breathing.
The power of humanity comes to Light when we remember what unites us, what we hold in common … things like: togetherness, a sense of belonging, a sense of tribe, acts of caring kindness and lifting each other up, remembering that we’re all journeying together and making it up as we go along, having empathy for each other that is so strong that we easily tap into our well of Love and creatively seek solutions to help and serve. These are some of the things that we hold in common — that unite us — when we are at our best. (Our best is our true naturalness, by the way.)
When the Unified Power of the Human Spirit Comes to Light
The unified power of humanity comes to Light when we remember what our roots are, what roots us, and how and where they take hold. As humanity, we are ONE family. When we remember that further distinction from there is only to uplift and celebrate the multi-faceted and multi-colored uniqueness and beauty that our human family shares, that it was never meant to be about separation, or difference, better or worse … only about the beauty of our roots as a humanity.
The unified power of humanity comes to Light when we remember what roots us, what takes us deep, what sustains us, what grows us, what nourishes us and how we nurture that in life-giving and sustainable ways.
