Honey Production at Oz Natural Area

In addition to raising bees for the production of honey, growing wild and domestic mushrooms for consumption, we produce maple syrup from the beautiful stand of red maple trees that grow in the Oz Natural Area.

As a privately owned and managed urban farm, and native zoological and botanical arboretum, we seek to provide a symbiotic working example of how humans and nature can coexist and mutually benefit in ways that promote biodiversity and help mitigate global climate change.
