Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about renewable energy, energy efficiency, and practical ways to reduce energy costs through presentations, tours, and hands-on conversations with regional partners and experts.
The event schedule includes an Energy in Your Township presentation and a Grow Solar Power Hour, both designed to provide clear, credible information about rising utility costs as well an energy efficiency and clean energy opportunities available to homeowners, businesses, and communities. Local and regional organizations will also be on-site to answer questions and connect attendees with helpful resources.

In addition to educational programming, guests can enjoy live music from Cherryglow and Big Oil, food, and locally crafted beverages. Exhibitors and a guided MREA grounds tour featuring a native plants presentation by Nichole Good, owner of Generation Native Plants, will be available as well.
“MREA’s Solstice Celebration is an opportunity for education and connection. Come to learn, enjoy live music, or just spend a beautiful, Wisconsin Saturday on the rolling Custer, WI hills and celebrate community,” says Celia Sweet, MREA engagement director.
