We are part of a growing community network to meet the needs of the people through action\, social connectedness and trust … where and how each person experiences belonging.  \n\n\n\nThrough our in-person support and navigation\, we strive to create a sense of safety\, connection and belonging. Now more than ever\, many individuals face loneliness\, isolation and complex challenges. We recognize these struggles and are here to support each person on their journey.

Three parks along the trail will feature live performances\, each kicking off at staggered times. Attendees are encouraged to stroll\, explore\, and enjoy a full evening of entertainment. \n\n\n\nEach park will add to the fun with 1–2 food trucks dishing out tasty favorites and a beverage stand to keep everyone cool and refreshed. Arrowhead Park will feature non-alcoholic drinks only\, making it a perfect\, family-friendly stop along the way! \n\n\n\nCommunity members and visitors are encouraged to make their way around the Loop the Lake Trail to experience all three locations.
